Your Responsibilities:
As an Esthetics Instructor, you will instruct and mentor students in essential esthetics techniques such as skincare, makeup application, and various beauty treatments. You will create an interactive learning environment that fosters student engagement and supports their growth as future beauty professionals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must hold an Illinois State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A dedicated passion for mentoring and educating future beauty professionals.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
