Who You Are: You're early in your software career (0-1 year of professional experience) and excited to grow. You love solving problems, learning new tools, and collaborating with others to bring ideas to life. You're curious, proactive, and ready to make an impact from day one - with the guidance and support of experienced IBM developers **Required technical and professional expertise** * Up to 1 year of professional or project experience in software development. * Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue). * Basic understanding of back-end development (Node.js, Java, Python, or SQL). * Experience using Git or similar version control tools. * Curiosity about cloud computing, containers, and modern software deployment practices. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure). * Familiarity with REST APIs and relational databases. * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, Cypress, Selenium, etc.). * Contributions to open-source or personal coding projects. * Understanding of Agile principles and collaborative development environments.
