Must have a GED or High School Diploma, or Transcripts valid drivers license be able to pass or obtain or already have a clean Child Clearance and FBI criminal background checks pass a drug screen 2 step TB Test (with in 3 months)CPR/First Aid(valid)Blood borne pathogens have medication certification (valid) .Proof of Covid 19vaccines and boosters are required along with Flu shots!!!!!!!!!

- Monitor and document individuals’ progress and behaviors, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate professionals.
- Encourage and assist individuals in developing life skills, decision-making abilities, and self-advocacy.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in care provision.
- Provide transportation to appointments, community activities, and social events as needed.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
