We partner with high-end builders and discerning clients to provide precision drywall, framing, restoration work, and specialized plaster finishes. What You'll Do as a Drywall Finisher:

• Apply tape, compound, and sanding to achieve Level 4–5 finishes.
• Repair drywall, patch damage, and apply custom textures or specialty finishes.
• Install corner beads and fine details such as LED coves, shadow gaps, and flush-mount trims.
• Inspect finished surfaces for uniformity, adapt to feedback, and deliver professional, courteous service on every project.
• Collaborate with framers, electricians, and designers to deliver seamless results.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on every job site.
• Work full-time, Monday-Friday (40-50 hrs/week) with occasional Saturdays

Our Ideal Drywall Finisher:

• Experienced: At least two years of experience in drywall finishing, repair, and patching, with proficiency in drywall techniques like cutting, taping, finishing, and texturing, is required
• Tools & Equipment: Familiarity with power sanders, drywall knives, and taping tools; additional finish work experience is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to achieve a smooth, flawless finish with precision, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
• Customer-oriented: Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and commitment to exceeding client expectations.
• Safety-minded: Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to follow all safety procedures, including mandatory use of PPE. OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification is preferred.
• Independent Worker: Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning and using Builder Trend for project management and documentation.
• Active: Able to lift up to 50+ lbs., bend, kneel, and work from a ladder.
