We are seeking a Director of Athletic Coaching & Education to develop and execute elite training programs for our strength and conditioning coaches across the franchise network.
Develop Educational Programs – Create structured training courses to elevate coaching knowledge, skills, and execution.
Lead Training & Certification – Conduct ongoing education, hands-on training, and certification programs for coaches.
Standardize Coaching Excellence – Establish best practices, methodologies, and performance benchmarks across all locations.
Mentor & Develop Coaches – Provide direct coaching, guidance, and professional development to enhance coaching consistency and quality.
Former D1 Athlete with 7–10 years of experience in strength & conditioning coaching
Proven track record in developing and leading coach education programs
Strong background in sports science, performance training, and coaching methodologies
Native English speakers from the United Kingdom, United States, or Canada. Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with a deep understanding of English and American cultural norms. Fluent in Chinese are preferred. Bachelor's ...
