Digital Graphic Designer

A dynamic, fast-paced organization is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in UX/UI and expert-level Figma skills. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for visual consistency across digital platforms and excel in a feedback-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital experiences that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and brand-consistent.
Design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces in Figma for websites and digital products.
Apply strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, shape, hierarchy, and layout.
Identify and correct inconsistencies in UI elements and website visuals.
Collaborate with developers and content managers to populate CMS platforms with optimized content and imagery.
Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Apply feedback quickly and iterate efficiently based on input from team members and stakeholders.
Maintain design systems and ensure consistent brand application across all digital assets.
2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for websites or digital products.
Expert proficiency in Figma.
Experience working with CMS platforms, including content and image population.
Exceptional attention to visual detail; able to spot inconsistencies easily.
Strong grasp of layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy principles.
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Positive, collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Portfolio showcasing website design work.
Ability to handle occasional print design projects.
Experience designing landing pages with a focus on user flow and calls-to-action.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or interaction design.
Experience in brand or marketing design across multiple channels.
Portfolio including UX/UI case studies with clean, modern design execution.
