- Availability: Must be willing to work Fridays and most Saturdays.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is eager to grow with our practice. This role is ideal for:
- New Dental Assistants : No prior experience needed! We offer a structured Dental Assisting Training Program to teach you the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to excel.
- Experienced Dental Assistants : If you already have clinical experience, we’d love your expertise to assist with advanced procedures, mentor newer assistants, and play a key role in supporting our doctors and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms and instruments for patient care.
- Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures, including general, cosmetic, and surgical cases.
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a sterile and organized environment, adhering to OSHA and infection control standards.
- Support patients with comfort, education, and clear communication throughout their visits.
- Help maintain accurate patient records and charting.
- Experienced assistants: lead more complex procedures, provide mentorship, and support office flow.
Qualifications:
For New Dental Assistants:
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the dental field.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
For Experienced Dental Assistants:
- 1+ years of dental assisting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of chairside procedures, sterilization, and dental terminology.
- Ability to assist in surgical and cosmetic dentistry cases a plus.
- Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor others.
