About The Role

We are excited to be partnering with Paspaley to operate an exclusive Pearl Farm Tour in Broome. This unique experience showcases the on-water Paspaley Pearl Farm located in Roebuck Bay, with the pearls themselves as the centre piece of the tour. Guests will enjoy a 4-hour experience, which includes a visit to the Paspaley Boutique in Broome before being returned to their hotels.

We are currently accepting applications for hybrid Deckhand/Host positions, working closely with our Vessel Master from April through to October 2025.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and greeting guests at the start of their tour
• Conducting safety briefings and tour commentary onboard the vessel
• Performing the pearl ‘reveal’ onboard the vessel and commentary on pearl farm activity and harvest
• Carrying out general Deckhand duties including preparing and cleaning the vessel, line handling and assisting with refuelling
• Maintaining accurate vessel records, including maintenance logs to the required standards
• Assisting the Vessel Master with additional tasks as needed

About You

We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, a positive attitude and be a true team player. You will demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanour, maintain immaculate personal presentation and be able to adapt and manage priorities to ensure the smooth delivery of the tour.

Previous experience working in a Deckhand role and holding relevant marine qualifications would be advantageous.
