Back of House Team Member - Chick-fil-A

The Ideal Crew Member:

• No experience necessary, happy to train the right candidate
• Strong passion for Customer Service
• Excels in a fast-paced environment and handles stressful situations well
• Positive attitude

• Excitement to learn and take initiative
• Enjoys the same daily routine tasks
• Willing and able to work in a physically demanding role (including able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on feet for 8-10 hours, able to work outdoors in the drive-thru)

• 10 hour shift

• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Basic math: 1 year (Required)

• Day Shift (Required)
