What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the face of nonprofit campaigns, connecting with the public and spreading awareness about important causes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, community programs, and fundraisers
Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and genuine way
Share messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community impact
Educate individuals on ways to support and get involved
Build meaningful relationships that encourage long-term donor engagement
Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure campaign success
