TBest Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client in Elkridge, MD, a growing company in the electronic and industrial manufacturing sector. We're looking for someone with a bubbly, outgoing personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service-related questions
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely updates
• Manage and track order status, follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve issues quickly
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, engineering) to meet customer expectations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order information
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and support performance goals

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, positive, and customer-obsessed mindset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Dependable and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Technical background or familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems is a bonus
