If so, Mains’l Services has a job for you. We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work with four individuals in their home in Coon Rapids. As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting their goals, fostering independence, and enriching their daily experiences. You will have the opportunity to engage with others going out to eat, shopping, and watching movies.

The day to day:

• Provide supports with Activities of Daily Living including personal cares
• Support in transportation to various appointments and activities
• Attend Doctors’ appointments and relay necessary information
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
• Complete household responsibilities, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation/cooking.
• Teach valuable life skills
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Document care accurately to ensures ongoing support.
• Participate in ongoing training, medication reviews, and health assessments.

Location: Coon Rapids,  Blaine, MN

Wage: $17.00/hour

What You Need:

• A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives.
• At least 18 years of age .
• A valid MN driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS .
