We are seeking an experienced CMC Project Manager to lead Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls projects from development through commercialization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional team leadership.

📍 Location: Cambridge, Michigan
⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid (2 to 3 days on-site/week)

What You'll Do:

• Update project timelines regularly
• Follow up on missing information and drive updates
• Use Smartsheet to manage and adapt templates to evolving processes

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Life Sciences or Engineering preferred)
• 3–5 years required
  
• Project Management experience
• Smartsheet (Intermediate level, ~3 years of experience ideal)
  
• Strong communication skills (engage across all levels throughout the workday)
• Multitasking and ability to work both independently and in teams
• Highly organized
  
• Proactive communicator
• Able to adapt to changes in process and systems
