Client Relationship Associate
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Status: Full-time, in office
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000

As a Client Relationship Associate you can expect to:
Process all tasks to the best of your ability, so the advisor can focus on the items that require his personal attention
Ensure all activities are captured, scheduled, and completed
Coordinate the advisor’s calendar availability; appropriately blocking time and coordinating commitments with the team.
Respond to client questions and concerns regarding general account info, withdrawals, transfers, healthcare, Social Security, financial planning, and investments
Service client accounts/portfolios, whether in person, over the phone, or behind the scenes.
Create and distribute general and individual communications to clients via mail or email
Process client paperwork
Follow systems to track and set up investment transfers
Electronically file client statements, correspondence, agreements, and other items as needed
Qualifications for this role include:
A college degree is required
FINRA Series 65 required (Series 7, 63, or 66 strongly preferred)
A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or client service role in the financial services industry is required
A minimum of three years of experience in a client-facing role is required
Strong experience in calendar management
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Proficient in desktop computer applications with a strong emphasis on advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with other Microsoft Office Suite programs including Outlook and Word is also essential
Superior organizational skills
Technology-forward and internet savvy
Experience working within a fee-based advisory team or RIA
Ability to adapt
