**Chemical Blender (Cosmetics)** Manufacturing San Bernadino , CA, US Pay Rate Low: 20 | Pay Rate High: 30 + Added - 09/05/2025 Apply for Job **Position:** Compounder **Compensation:** $20-$30 (DOE) **Location:** On-site facility **Shifts Available:** 1st and 2nd and 3rd shift positions open **Education Required:** High School Diploma or equivalent **OVERVIEW** Join our team as a manufacturing specialist responsible for chemical processing and batch preparation following precise specifications. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols in a production environment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Prepare and combine materials according to detailed processing instructions + Verify measurements and ingredients to maintain product integrity + Sanitize and prepare equipment according to quality standards + Monitor processing operations to ensure proper execution + Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures + Transfer finished products to appropriate containers after quality verification + Collaborate with team members on special projects and test runs + Assist with equipment maintenance and preparation as needed **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** + Demonstrated reliability with strong attendance history + Independent worker with safety-focused mindset + Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional extended hours + Ability to operate material handling equipment (lift trucks, pallet jacks) + Basic mathematics skills for accurate measurements + English proficiency (verbal and written) + Adherence to company procedures and quality protocols _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
