Job Opportunity: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

A respected and well-established organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges such as ASD, OCD, and ADHD.
As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your expertise will directly contribute to positive behavior change and skill development in clients.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing treatment.
Adjust interventions as necessary based on data trends and client progress.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services and outcomes.
Collaborate with team members to promote a supportive and communicative work environment.
Provide supervision, guidance, and training to behavior technicians.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Active Maryland license.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and compassionate communication abilities.
Part-Time: 1 3 days per week
Full-Time: 36 48 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 $135,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
