Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $50,400 - $74,100/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As an Audio Engineer, you will be a key contributor to delivering our signature sonic experience for all Ramsey Network shows. Your role will involve conducting on-location recordings, as well as mixing both long and short-form content, including seasonal promotional materials. You will collaborate closely with internal Producers, Project Managers, Cinematographers, and Post-Production teams to ensure high-quality audio that aligns with our brand’s vision.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have at least 3-5 years of audio recording and editing experience.
• You have experience with Pro Tools DAW and affiliated software plug-ins.
• You can field record with Sound Device and Zoom Recorders.
• You can operate Ambient Lockit Slate and Nanolockits for SMPTE sync to cameras.
• You have experience in post audio production, audio repair and sound design.
• You are familiar with broadcast audio boards for radio and call-in shows.
• You are familiar and passionate about the Ramsey brand, mission and message.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Familiarity with the Ramsey Solutions vision.
• Collaborate closely with Producers to execute audio capture and post-production.
• Work closely with Cinematographers to ensure synchronized audio and video production.
• Seamlessly integrate sound with visuals to enhance the viewer's experience.
• Work closely with video editors to deliver final assets for release.
