Ross Dress for Less is Looking for it's NEXT Store Manager potential!

We are now looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our St. Cloud, MN location. This position is highly visible and is poised to be our next store manager in this quickly expanding market (We've opened SIX stores in a YEAR! And so many more to come!)

In this role you will support the store manager in Merchandising, Staffing and Store Operations. You will support the store in efforts of the SM in driving sales and developing team values.

Recent leadership history in either Retail or service industries required.

Qualifications:

  • Inventory management experience.
  • Supervisory experience in a retail setting.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of purchasing and inventory control processes.
  • Previous experience in team management and retail sales.
