Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of user-friendly applications that deliver measurable impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that align with strategic goals and enhance user experience.
Drive innovation by introducing modern frameworks and best practices for scalable, maintainable applications.
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure seamless integration of design and engineering for high-quality, interactive digital products.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering, frontend development, or creative technology.
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5/CSS3, and modern frontend patterns.
Experience building interactive, data-rich applications and conducting user research.
Strong background in human-centered design and usability testing.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Git-based workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
Experience with data visualization tools such as d3.js and geospatial components.
Familiarity with creative technologies like Unity, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi.
Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,700 - 172,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
