Job Title: Planisware Implementation & Support Consultant
Location: Marlborough, MA (Local)
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Planisware Implementation & Support Consultant with expertise in Planisware V6E7 for end-to-end configuration, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will deliver solutions, manage migrations, and develop integrations while ensuring best practices and high-quality customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Planisware modules including Project, Resource, Timecard, Finance, Portfolio, and Reporting Dashboards.
- Migrate existing legacy data solutions to Planisware and develop integrations with other enterprise applications and tools.
- Design and implement solutions to address client problems and business requirements.
- Develop and manage Planisware objects such as OPX2 Scripts, Reports, Workflows, Macros, Cost Tables, Curves, Alerts, Locks, Formulas, Attributes, Web Services, and other connectors.
- Set up and manage data extracts from Planisware per end-user requests.
- Manage Planisware Instance Administration and ensure system stability and performance.
- Create and maintain documentation for system administration, operations, and maintenance.
- Drive best practices and process improvements for Planisware implementations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other technical teams to ensure proper monitoring and delivery of solutions.
- Mentor, educate, and train colleagues as requested.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and proactively maintain relevant skillsets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Planisware implementation and support experience with V6E7.
- Expertise in PL/SQL, Java, and Web Services development.
- Hands-on experience with Planisware integrations and data migration projects.
- Solid understanding of Planisware objects (OPX2 Scripts, Reports, Workflows, Macros, Cost Tables, Curves, Alerts, Locks, Formulas, Attributes, Web Services).
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members and drive best practices.
