The Aftermarket Parts and Reman Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and operational execution across twocore aftermarket revenue streams: service parts and equipment remodels. This strategic and hands-on leadershiprole owns end-to-end delivery—ranging from sales enablement and quoting to fulfillment and customersatisfaction. The Manager will develop sales programs, streamline operations, and support the expansion of highmarginbusiness lines that extend product life and support long-term customer value. The role requires closecollaboration with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Operations.
Parts Growth
*Lead and implement proactive sales initiatives to grow the parts business through outbound campaigns, bundling, and channel strategies.
*Partner with marketing to build and enhance e-commerce capabilities for digital parts access.
*Segment customer base and reactivate dormant accounts through data-driven outreach.
Remodel Revenue
*Grow the equipment upgrade and remanufacturing portfolio with a focus on lifecycle extension and highmargin returns.
*Collaborate with Engineering and Field Service to scope customer opportunities and build standardized offerings.
Order Lifecycle Execution
*Manage quoting, order entry, and fulfillment operations across parts and remodel lines.
*Monitor performance across key metrics including order accuracy, on-time delivery, and lead timereduction.
*Identify and resolve operational gaps that impact customer experience.
Reporting & Analytics
*Use advanced Excel (and ideally Power BI) to create performance dashboards and provide executive-levelinsights.
*Track KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly reporting on revenue, backlog, fulfillment, and quote-to-winratios.
