Contract Duration: 6 months
Worksite Location: King of Prussia, PA
Compensation: $20-24

What you'll do as the Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist:

Prepare and process itemized statements, bills, and invoices for goods and services.
Record and reconcile receipts from multiple departments.
Balance and reconcile batch control totals with source documents or computer listings, identifying and correcting errors.
Perform bookkeeping tasks including posting data, maintaining cost records, and tracking shipments.
Support accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What you'll bring to the Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist role:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve errors quickly.
