Duties Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with educational goals
- Create a positive classroom culture that promotes student participation and inclusivity
- Use effective classroom management techniques to support a respectful and structured environment
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues about student development
- Adapt lessons to support children with diverse learning needs, including special education support
- Encourage physical activity and wellness through organized play and movement
- Stay informed about childhood development and implement best practices in your teaching
Requirements Qualifications: - CDA or School-Age Endorsement preferred
- 1–2 years of experience working with children, preferably in an educational or childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of classroom management and special education practices
- Familiarity with child development principles and varied learning styles
- Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic about working with children
